  • Messaging Data: To deliver invoices and reminders, we process recipient phone numbers and message content to be transmitted via the WhatsApp Business API.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our ledger and invoicing service.
  • To facilitate automated and template-based messaging (like payment reminders, statements, and invoices) to your customers via WhatsApp.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.

4. WhatsApp Business API Usage

SchwetKhata integrates with the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to send transactional messages (invoices, receipts, statement links). We do not use customer contact numbers for marketing purposes. You, as the merchant, represent that you have obtained the necessary consent from your customers to receive transactional updates on their WhatsApp number before triggering messages.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to run the application:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: Data is sent to Meta to transmit messages through the WhatsApp Business API.
  • Firebase/Google Cloud: We use Firebase for secure user authentication, database hosting (Firestore), and secure data storage.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
