By accessing or using the SchwetKhata web application and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
SchwetKhata provides merchants with a digital ledger, invoice generation utilities, and the ability to send transaction updates, statements, and payment reminders via the official Meta WhatsApp Business API.
3. User Obligations and Content
As a user of SchwetKhata, you agree that:
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete business information.
- You are solely responsible for all transaction data and customer details entered into the system.
- You must obtain explicit consent from your customers prior to sending them automated or manual notifications on WhatsApp. Spamming or sending unsolicited marketing content is strictly prohibited.
4. Messaging Policies and Restrictions
All messaging sent via the SchwetKhata gateway is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. Accounts found sending spam, abusive content, or violating Meta's policies will be suspended immediately. You are responsible for any fees charged by Meta for WhatsApp API messages sent through your account.
5. Intellectual Property
SchwetKhata and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SchwetKhata and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SchwetKhata, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
7. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the last updated date on this page.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
